Human SCP-023: Hunter (Read description!)

(Yes, I know I have modified the SCP file a bit. This is an OC I've been working on for a long time,and every character needs a backstory or a description. (The credits of SCP-023 goes to the original writer).

Age: About 20-23 years old
Gender: Male

SCP-023 appears to be a young humanoid male with canine body parts (ears and tail), pale skin, orange\red eyes, and was named ''Hunter'' by Dr. [REDACTED]. It is extremely smart, ''active'' and playful as any canine. SCP-023 is mostly docile and has two forms (human and wolf form). However, if threatned or scared, SCP-023 will turn into it's wolf form (not to be confused with ''Lycan\Werewolf transformation''). It is not yet known if SCP-023's body is human or animal, but it is confirmed that some body parts are made of [DATA EXPUNGED]. At all times, SCP-023's eye sockets are to be filled with spherical inserts made of hard rubber. No one should make direct eye contact with SCP-023 at any time. A year later the eye contact was broken, the person (which will be referred to as SCP-023-1) will die. Autopsies of individuals killed by SCP-023's effect show that, while outwardly appearing unharmed, their remains have been 'filled in' with highly compacted ash. SCP-023 should be fed from eight to eight hours, the ''food list'' include: Medium sized chunks of meat, bones, and dog food, from the brand of [DATA EXPUNGED].
